ERROR 13 (Temperature Error) At startup, the temperature is

higher than 95

ERROR 15 (Level Sensor Error) At startup the water level is

lower than 4cm, higher than 2cm

(positive offset) or higher than

10cm (negative offset)

• Check inlet water supply

• Inspect inlet water valves

• Inspect drain valve

• Check water level switch

ERROR 16 (Can

Communication Error)

No communication between the

mainboard and the display board

• Inspect the wiring between

mainboard and display board

ERROR 17 (Wrong Machine

Type)

Wrong machine type

programmed with the wash data

• Program correct machine type

ERROR 18 (Wrong Wash Data
